Fitness Beauty Must-Haves!

Maintaining a busy lifestyle and teaching classes 7 days a week at Sculpt Fitness, I need products that I can wear at the gym and on the go that won't feel heavy or become a problem if I sweat it out in a workout or in the Houston heat. I also like products that are organic and safe to use on my body. I often learn about many products from my clients or while I am on the road at a trade show. So here are a list of my absolute faves of the moment. Hope you enjoy!

1. OUAI Treatment Masque for hair. I just tried this product out and love it! You can apply and comb in your hair before your workout, the heat will activate the masque and condition your hair. Post workout, you can rinse off in the shower. It smells great and hair is incredibly soft after.

2. Dr. Hauschka's aluminum free deodorant. I have found very few aluminum free deodorants that work and smell good, especially after a grueling session on the treadmill and Flexline. This one does both, and I especially like the Sage Mint smell.

3. Tula Purifying Face Cleanser and Multi-Spectrum Eye Renewal Serum. These are also 2 products that I just discovered and are quickly becoming an addiction of mine. The face cleanser is to die for and doesn't dry out your skin, and my skin is extremely sensitive (no problems here). The eye serum is almost like dessert! You pump our the serum and use the metal wand to massage onto your under eye area and the eye lids.

4. Dr. Dennis Gross Hyaluronic Marine Hydrating Modeling Mask. I love to use this once a week as a treat to myself on a Sunday night. The product goes on thick and feels like a rubber mask on your face. It also comes off extremely easy and leaves your skin feeling plump and extremely moisturized. I have never used a face mask that didn't feel somewhat drying, and this one doesn't in the slightest.

5. Farmacy Honey Drop Lightweight moisturizer. The Farmacy beauty line uses farm-grown botanicals, naturally derived ingredients, and cutting edge science to create their products. I love this moisturizer for the face as it is lightweight on the skin and uses echinacea, honey and hyaluronic acid. It is paraben and formaldehyde free and leaves you with a dewy finish on your skin.
